Since 3D-Decals are significantly thicker than traditional ones, we advise to use additonal adhesive to put it in place. PVA-based glue is recommended, although Microscale MetalFoil Adhesive, or acrylic lacquer (such as Tamiya X-22 or Future Pledge) can also be successfully used.
Small parts can also be glued with cyanoacrylate glue. Keep in mind that using such glue requires extra care – accuracy, quickness and careful positoning are required since the drying time for CYA glue is very short. CYA gel based glues may be used for preference, since they do give user more time to position the part. For detailed working tips please check the photos.

Attention: Using decal softener solulons (Micro Set/Sol, Gunze Mr.Decal etc.) is NOT RECOMMENDED! You risk dissolution and damage to the embossed surface, by losing the crispness of detail due to its softening.

My fears came true.

Ok so I was anxious to see how these rbf tags would work and my fears came true. The 2 stars are for the them being very thin and having a slight relief, being pretty realistic. They work pretty good if they are laid on a seat or something but most of the time you see them hanging. And here comes the problematic nature of them. As they have a slight amount of glue from the backing paper, when you peel them off they naturally bend from the opposite side that the glue is placed. However you try to straighten them after a little while they start bending again. I had to dip one of them into ca glue and hold it downwards till the glue had set...Very very time consuming and it really put me off. They also can't be twisted as they return to the bending form as we all know decals will bend when put into water. Maybe I will find a way to fix this in the future but this is my initial review. I guess back to PE it is.
