Κατασκευασμένο το 1968, το μαχητικό όχημα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ένα ημιαυτόματο πυροβόλο όπλο 2A28, ένα διπλό πολυβόλο, αντιαρματικό κατευθυνόμενο συγκρότημα πυραύλων. Είναι αερομεταφερόμενο και ικανό να διασχίζει ποτάμια και πλωτές οδούς.
