Το USS Enterprise (CV-6) ήταν ένα αεροπλανοφόρο κλάσης Yorktown που κατασκευάστηκε για το Πολεμικό Ναυτικό των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών τη δεκαετία του 1930. Ήταν το έβδομο πλοίο του Πολεμικού Ναυτικού των ΗΠΑ με αυτό το όνομα. Καθελκύστηκε το 1936 και ήταν ένα από τα μόλις τρία αμερικανικά αεροπλανοφόρα που επέζησαν του πολέμου. Μέχρι το τέλος του πολέμου, τα αεροσκάφη και τα όπλα του είχαν καταρρίψει 911 εχθρικά αεροσκάφη, βυθίσει 71 πλοία και προκαλέσει ζημιές ή καταστροφές σε άλλα 192.
