Το σοβιετικό μαχητικό αεροσκάφος Yak-7B είναι μια βελτιωμένη έκδοση του Yak-7. Κατά τον εκσυγχρονισμό, έλαβε έναν ενισχυμένο κινητήρα M-105PF με ισχύ 1.180 ίππων και αργότερα (από την άνοιξη του 1943) ένα χαμηλωμένο φέρινγκ και ένα σταγονοειδές κάλυμμα πιλοτηρίου με βελτιωμένη οπίσθια ορατότητα. Τα συγχρονισμένα πολυβόλα διαμετρήματος τυφεκίου ShKAS αντικαταστάθηκαν με πολυβόλα μεγάλου διαμετρήματος 12,7 mm UBS. Το μαχητικό Yak-7 τέθηκε σε παραγωγή σε δύο εργοστάσια: το Νοβοσιμπίρσκ Νο 153 (κατασκευάστηκε από τον Αύγουστο του 1942 έως τον Δεκέμβριο του 1943) και το Τουσίνο Νο 82 (κατασκευάστηκε από τον Μάιο του 1942 έως τον Ιούλιο του 1944). Αεροσκάφη αυτού του τύπου έγιναν ένα από τα κύρια μαχητικά στην Πολεμική Αεροπορία του Κόκκινου Στρατού και πολέμησαν σε όλα τα μέτωπα μέχρι το τέλος του πολέμου.

- The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
