Το MG 15 ήταν ένα γερμανικό πολυβόλο των 7,92 mm που σχεδιάστηκε ειδικά ως χειροποίητο αμυντικό όπλο για μαχητικά αεροσκάφη στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του 1930. Μέχρι το 1941 αντικαταστάθηκε από άλλους τύπους και βρήκε νέες χρήσεις με χερσαία στρατεύματα.
